This agreement governs your access to and use of the HumanProof certification engine provided by **Human-Integrity International**.
By accessing the HumanProof platform or utilizing our cryptographic services, you acknowledge that you have agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between the user and **Human-Integrity**.
HumanProof offers tiered document timestamping services powered by the Human-Integrity secure layer. Our current professional offerings include:
Individual certification seal with immutable SHA-256 timestamping and PDF validation.
A bundle of 10 Professional Seals with dedicated infrastructure support for high-volume users.
All financial transactions are conducted by our authorized online reseller and Merchant of Record, **Lemon Squeezy**.
Merchant of Record: Lemon Squeezy handles all payment processing, global tax compliance, and related customer service inquiries for **Professional Seal** and **Enterprise Pack** purchases.
Refund Policy: Due to the immediate and irreversible nature of cryptographic timestamping on our registry, all purchases of Professional Seals or Enterprise Packs are final and non-refundable.
User Content: Human-Integrity claims no ownership over the content you certify. You retain 100% of your intellectual property rights.
Our Platform: All logos, the HumanProof algorithm, and the Human-Integrity infrastructure are protected by international copyright laws.
Users must adhere to the following standards:
Human-Integrity provides certification tools "as is". While we utilize enterprise-grade infrastructure, we do not guarantee specific legal admissibility in every global jurisdiction.
